When my upstairs unit went on the fritz, they showed up fast, determined what was wrong and started work immediately upon my approval. The only delay was the old style refrigerant, they didn’t have enough on the truck to finish, but they got the system up and cooling until they could back with more. Now it blows ice cube. I’m very happy this company.
