One Time Interior House Cleaning
I paid for four rooms to be deep cleaned. They did not move furniture and do baseboards. They missed a whole corner in the dining room. The bathroom floor was still dirty and dirt in nooks and crannies. They missed cleaning several portraits hanging. It was a joke. They only worked an hour and a half. They didn't clean any windows. I trusted them because I had a family member at home. I paid someone else to come in and redo stuff. They refused to pay me back any money. I am a senior citizen and expect better treatment. I have made a complaint with the proper entities.

"Ma'am we have spoken with you about this already. We dont move furniture or appliances. We do baseboards that are accessible. We did all light fixtures and fans as well. Walls were dusted as well as pictures. We did exactly what your son asked us to do! He was happy to pay us. You were never there to discuss any needs nor did you schedule with us. We worked with your son. He was happy and even re scheduled. Overrun with cats. We arent miracle workers."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Did not do a thorough job. Had to 'check after they were done' per their request, found several areas, they forgot. Aftrr thsy left, there were several areas that were not touched, unfortunately I expected them to do a good job without having to monitor/re-inspect several times. I paid for deep cleaning and did not get quality results. Great at suface/basic, not deep clean.

"Addie, we are sorry you weren't happy in the end. However, we tried to work with you. We told you the trim around the door wasn't coming off, you said you, "Would slap paint on it?" As for the bed, im confused because you told us specifically not to touch it. We ask you to go over things to make sure our customers are happy not to make sure we know how to clean. You said everything looked great and paid us, allowing us to leave and then waiting for almost a week to contact with complaints."

hired C & A Cleaning after they completed a walkthrough of my approximately 800-square-foot home and provided a quote for a deep clean based on the services we discussed. I was at work while the cleaning was being completed. After work, I was only able to do a brief walkthrough before leaving town. During that initial inspection, I noticed that the upstairs bathroom had not been cleaned and that the living room blinds remained dirty. To their credit, they returned and addressed those items. The following day, after returning home and having the opportunity to fully inspect the house, I discovered additional items that appeared to have been missed or not fully completed. These included dirty blinds in other rooms, furniture that had not been vacuumed under the cushions, cabinet cleaning that did not appear complete, and other items that were discussed as part of the deep-clean service. I communicated my concerns and provided photos. The response I received was that the remaining items

Im not understanding why you allowed us to leave not once not twice but three times then make a complaint still. You paid us the day we originally cleaned your home.
