Chris did a very good job fixing some leaky showers in my house. He provided an explanation of his rates when we originally spoke and arrived on time with a courtesy call before arriving. He was very professional, explained the repairs he was conducting, submitted a detailed invoice, and completed the job at a fair price. I'll definitely contact Chris for future plumbing needs.

Chris was very professional and very thorough. He gave an estimate up front based on the information I provided - his end cost was less than the estimate. He gave us a discount for obtaining his services through Service Magic. He explained the problem well and fixed it promptly. He also gave some very good information on the newer technology water heaters as options when it is time to replace our existing water heater. I would highly recommend this company.

We were unable to use their services, but they came out the same day I called to provide us an estimate. Apparently based on the location of the gas line and the fact that we're not on a basement.. The cost would not outway the advantage. Great customer service. Wasn't trying to fit a square peg into a round box.

Chris Johnson excelled in every category one will typically fall short as a home contractor. He offers exceptional customer relations, above board and frankness with pricing and appears as profgessional as one could hope to find. Offers top quality work and high value. If it's plumbing, sorry to say I will not need Service Magic again. One could only hope all home contractors could appeal as Chris will to handle your needs. Great Job !!!
