They are the best pool builders in the Hill Country! Great people & Great Service. We had to wait a bit to have an old, cracked, and damaged, pool remodeled. It was well worth the wait. They had replaced and repaired all of our freeze damaged equipment after the freeze of February 2002 in just two weeks when our neighbors could not get repairs for months. After that it was just an ugly pool with great pumps and filters. Now our "new" pool is perfect. They are not just pool engineers - they are artists that care about every detail. Every employee they had here cared about every detail and always left the job cleaned-up and secure. In just 6 weeks (with rain and 4th of July in the middle) they took a ragged 35 yr old pool and made it new! You get what you pay for with Canyon Creek... you get the best! Tim T. Taylor

We highly recommend Canyon Creek Pools for your pool build!  From the outset, they enthusiastically engaged us in the design process and introduced concepts that enhanced our pool design.  The Project Manager (Allen) was a routine presence during the build process, keeping us fully informed regarding ‘next steps’ in the build and the schedule.  Unlike big/impersonal pool companies, the owner of Canyon Creek Pools stopped by to check in with us during the build process!  When inclement weather impacted the work, the Project Manager provided timely updates and how it would impact on the pool completion timeline.  Even when we introduced a small design change during the build process, the Project Manager worked to incorporate that change into the design and provided information regarding potential cost impact of our requested change.  As the build project came to a close, Canyon Creek Pools scheduled our “pool school” to fully educate us on our new pool and spa, its features, and recommended maintenance; our pool school instructors were first-rate and took their time to fully explain the equipment and answer our questions.  I would also note that the project was completed for the price originally agreed upon – there was no surprise pricing increases or last-minute adjustments.  Canyon Creek Pools is an honest and hard-working company that went above and beyond our expectations - delivering an exceptional pool, spa, and patio areas that have enhanced our property and provided our family with hours of relaxation and enjoyment.
