Very professional. The inspection was thorough and frank, and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me more stuff. Every step of the process was prompt and responsive. The inspection report itself was complete and easy to understand, and was helpful to the contractors to whom I showed it.

I paid CAP $250.00 a front immediately after Chris did the inspection on 2/26/2014 and that he will deliver on 3/2/2014 the inspection report. To this date, 3/11/2014, three weeks since, 2/26/2014, I am still waiting for CAP inspection report in the mail, as I requested him.

Very helpful, friendly and professional. I worked exclusively with Christopher Brighina. He did an outstanding job of explaining the entire process to me and happily answered all of my questions. After the inspection was done, he quickly provided me with a letter for my lender the very next day. I would highly recommend him and CAP Home Inspection!

I worked with Christopher Brighina, he was helpful and very professional on the phone when i initially contacted him. The day of the inspection he arrived early and was accompanied by Paul Blessenbach. Both were very professional and concise in their inspection. As they went through the home they would point out things and were very meticulous and careful to ensure the home was left in the same condition as it was when we arrived. Christopher even arranged to have the home inspected for termites. I have recommended CAP to others. I was very satisfied. The report arrived in a few days and was very detailed.
