Here at Capital Test and Balance INC, we are a locally owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity and treats your home as if it were our own. We offer a specialized service of Air Balancing or commonly referred to as a “comfort balance” in residential. Commercial buildings are required to have an Air Balance performed in order for the Fire Department to permit occupancy and for the Mechanical Engineer to certify the HVAC equipment has been set up properly. This is not a requirement for residential homes which leaves homeowners with hot and cold spots in their homes.
