Bryan Cherry was professional in analyzing our problem and solution. As a result, we got an excellent job by Bryan and his co-worker Arby. The basement now looks like the day we moved in. C.A.R.E. was the middle estimate and the one that made the most sense to me as a homeowner in their solution..not radical like I heard from others..."you need a French drain" when we never had water in the basement. Just a moderate mold situation.

They responded immediately to an emergency and took care of everything and worked with our insurance and did excellent work. I was very pleased.

After coming home from a vacation and finding our finished basement flooded we used Home Advisor to find help. CARE Property Services responded immediately and did a thorough job of removing the water, and drying out the basement, after removing all furniture and multiple cardboard boxes. After the dry out they returned for the recovery phase, replacing drywall and insulation as needed, painting all rooms and a thorough cleaning of the carpet. Then they put back all the furniture and those boxes not ruined or that we requested to leave for us to evaluate. They worked with our insurance company making the entire process as easy as possible. They were wonderful to work with, professional, helpful and did all they could to prevent any disruption to our life. I highly recommend them.
