I hired Joshua, of Cargo MILANI LLC to do an asbestos abatement for me. I am very happy with the work they did. They were on time both getting to my job and getting done with the job. They did great work and left the room clean when they were done. Joshua is a very kind hard working person. He explained everything he was going to do and why it needed to be done that way. He has excellent communication skills. I highly recommend Joshua and Cargo MILANI LLC to anyone needing abatement work done.

Joshua and his team were extremely communicative, well priced, clean, punctual, and thorough with their work. They removed some asbestos from an old chimney we had, demoed part of our chimney, and hauled all the bricks away.
We will definitely hire Cargo Milani again and recommend them to our friends!

I just had Cargo Milani here to remove some asbestos from my bathroom. It was a small job but he treated it as it was the biggest job. I appreciated Joshua’s professionalism in doing exactly what I need to have done and the fact he arrived on time. His communication was awesome (and most polite), his work outstanding and the cleanup was done perfectly to my approval. He and his worker were fabulous. I would highly recommend them to do any other work I would need in the future.

Josh did a great job. Everything went perfectly. He explained the process and what he was going to do and why. It was a bummer to find out I had asbestos in my drywall joint compound and texture, but I'm glad I found someone that I can use if I need help removing more.

Scheduling was really flexible, even when we had an emergency. Price was better than competitor bids and the work looks really solid. Joshua was very thorough in explaining the process, what our various options were, and in the work itself. Great experience overall! (We did asbestos encapsulation as we decided to keep our ductwork in tact â we were initially unsure if we wanted to go ductless or keep the ducts)

They took a large upright piano apart and removed it. They were friendly and explained things. They worked very, very hard. They were careful not to damage the floors or walls. They cleaned up as they went. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. They are the best.
