Carideo Services

I hired Frank?s company solely on the interview I had with him about the present project and future projects connected to this project in general. Little did I know- Frank misrepresented himself, his companies capabilities, limits, honesty, a agreement to a flat fee for the product to be completed. None of this made a difference to him because he told me he could provide all services needed. I cannot in good faith or truth say his work was satisfactory whatsoever. Every thing he did was done incorrectly, sloppy, in deceit never finishing s project be for moving to the next requiring mire payment to continue. After $3000 cash I said ? Mo More!? as he demanded more payment for an already agreed capped amount to finish the project as requested. Nothing he has done is of use. I will be hiring someone else to undue the work he?s done since it is not up to standards and inept. In addition to his fraudulent business practices he has threatened to put a lien on my property unless I pay.

We had an old shed with some junk inside, Frank and his crew we very efficient. The job was done in a few hours, the area was graded and leveled for the new structure. Response time was remarkable from the time of contact, demo day and after. Very curious and professional. Pricing was right where we needed it to be. Would highly recommend.

Frank was quick to respond and professional. His employee who completed the project was thorough, quick, and professional.

Did multiple wonderful jobs.

Good communication. Showed up on time. Friendly service.

I had a great experience with Frank. He helped with both TV mounting and cabinet installation, and the results were excellent. He was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was done properly. The setup looks clean, secure, and exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely recommend his services.

Frank is an experienced, multi talented, handyman with an electrical specialty. He performed a variety of repairs for me and I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend him & will hire him again.

Mr. Carideo did a great job on my small project. He tried to save me money on the materials by using a different thickness of wood. I ultimately decided to not go with his recommemdation. But I was very happy that he consulted me first and that he was trying to save me money. He handled the project in a reasonable amount of time. Actually sooner than I thought because it was around Christmas and New Years. His fee was in line with other estimates. I would use his services again.

Fast response and Friendly. Did the job without any issues. He put together a 5pc furniture patio set and a propane fireplace.

Frank was on time, friendly, and professional. He was able to complete the job of taking apart, moving, and putting my treadmill together. He did an amazing job! I never thought I would find someone who could do the job, but Frank did! I would highly recommend him for future projects.

He also did a great job repairing the warped shelving under my sink. Frank did not loaf around. He continuously worked. I would certainly hire Frank again for any future repairs. I would recommend Frank for any of your projects.

Showed up and knew exactly what they were doing. Exactly what I needed for my yard. Worked diligently & finished early. I would recommend them for any dirt delivery, spreading or rock work you may need.

Frank did an excellent job setting up a drain system at our daughter's house. We highly recommend him.

Frank was great to work with. Very responsive and was able to fit our project in within a few days.

Arian did a very good job assembling the cabinet, which took her 2 1/2 hours to complete. At a rate of $80.00 an hour, the assembly cost more than the cabinet.

Repair to steps done. Very pleased with the workmanship and courtesy shown. Thanks Frank
