This was my first time using Angi and it proved to be a great idea. Art was phenomenal during my home inspection. He allowed us to join him throughout the process, he was very detail oriented, and a pleasure to speak with. Once the report was completed he was very quick and efficient in sending over the report so I can forward it to the builder. He even went the extra step and went through every part of his report vis phone call to ensure I understood it. I’m already recommending him to other people and will use him again before my home warranty expires. 10/10

Art was very professional in explaining the process at the beginning, and a great communicator throughout the timeline of our New Build home. He was very flexible with his scheduling to match our needs, and had a keen eye during the inspections to ensure everything was captured. Will definitely be using again for our 12 month warranty walk

Art was very thorough and responsive from the start. I found him thru Angie’s list as a top inspector while my husband did an AI search and he was also in with some top inspectors so we went with Casa. I reached out via Angie’s list on a Thursday evening and he responded right away. We looked at some homes over the weekend, picked one and he was able to inspect that Monday. He was very detailed in his work and pictures. He performed a wind mitigation and 4 pt for our insurance agent while doing a thorough inspection for us. We needed some minor repairs and he was able to suggest a plumber and handyman. He’s familiar with the area and answers the phone.

Art did a thorough job inspecting our future home. He detailed all his observations in a report which we addressed in a phone conversation and could forward on to the builder to remedy before our walk-through. A convenient way for us to confidently ensure that we will walk into a well detailed home.

Art did a great job, was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and sent us his report the same day as the inspection. He even went above and beyond by helping us diagnose a problem with our water heater.

Professional, fair, a little pricey compared to others, but worth it

The inspection report was extremely detailed, included pictures, and easy to read. Art was very professional and a nice person. Anyone needing an inspection done will not regret having Casa do the inspection.

Art allowed me to be present during his entire inspection and pointed out issues as he went along in terms of what would be in the report. He made it easier for me to understand the implications of remediation and I got the information a day earlier than the typed report, which was important during the fast paced under contract period. We found out the house was positive for mold which took longer -for lab processing- and called me as soon as the report was in.

Art is very personable and knowledgeable. He does his job exceptionally well and explained why every issue was of concern and helped prioritize all of it. He answered all of our questions and the reports were received exactly when he said they would be. He was worth every penny.

Are inspection was on a newly built home. Art, our inspector, did a tremendous job and left no stone unturned! When Art was finished with his inspection, he made it a point to inform us of his findings both verbally and then sent us a detailed report with photos and a complete summary of his findings. I will definitely recommend CASA Inspect to anyone looking for a home inspection. EH
