The craftsmanship was top drawer and the vendor was very honest and thorough on his assessment of what was needed and what options were available. We would recommend CAS to anyone with no hesitation.

He took an old, antique rocking chair that most people would have thrown away and completely restored it to it's original beauty. My 82 year old mother said "that's what it originally looked like". when she saw it. Beautiful work for a fair price. I will use him again.

Craig is a complete pro and knows his stuff inside and out. He made great decisions with what to do on each of 4 doors as each door needed its own specific repair. One door-frame needed to be gutted with a new door and he did an outstanding job. Really, he is the perfect guy to hire.

The original job, which was to cut down doors, was fine, but really a bait and switch job. Craig was hired to do some work in a Family Room. By the time he was done his invoice was 3 times the original estimate. He did not discuss the actual increase in costs other than to advise it would only be a few dollars more. He used my office to cut and paint trim and then did not clean up the mess of a layer of sawdust on EVERYTHING and paint on the floor. I suggested deducting the cost of the clean-up from his final invoice and he refused in no uncertain terms. He emptied my bank account by refusing to work out a payment plan and then threatened law suits, mechanics liens and property liens if I didn't pay the full amount due. The language he used would embarrass a truck driver, although I've never met a truck driver that would use that language.

Craig's immediate response was critical when our exterior doors needed to be repaired/replaced asap. Craig was very professional, prompt, and easy going. He kept the work area neat and clean. He explained everything as he went along. I would definitely hire CAS Custom, LLC again should the need arise!

Great job. Made suggestions about my plan to improve structural integrity that were critical.

We not only had the sliding door replaced, but also had the front door and storm adjusted to fit correctly and stop the extreme drafts. These sound like simple projects, but as neither was fitted or installed correctly in the first place, they turned out to be far more complicated than anyone imagined. Craig perservered and the end result is a draft-free hallway with two good looking doors. We anticipate using his services again for other projects.
