I like Alex (lead) very much and think he is a solid contractor. I have only used him and his company for jobs under $ 6k. He has done several small jobs in total likely $8k total this year. He is an honest and good contractor. His Carpentry skills are particularly strong. And plumbing. These have been the main jobs we needed.

I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with this worker. I paid him to do a few odd jobs. He started them but hasn't been here for almost a month to finish. He always has an excuse as to why he can't come back and finish the work. He also leaves a mess for me to clean up. Very unhappy!

Very pleased and received many compliments on the work done. He put in a laminate floor for me as well as all the trim work. He is very thorough, does a great job and couldn't ask for anything more.
