The advisor was great. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He told me what to look out for in the event that it should ever happen again, and I will definitely contact him if his services are needed in the future.

Casey came out the same day I got a call from his office (officemanagerwas extremelypoliteand helpful). He climbed up and down off my roof to resolve the issues. He gave me a fair price for the work to be done. He showed me pictures and explained everything. He fixed one cooler so we were comfortable in the house the rest of the day and night. He is replacing the second cooler because is was not repairable (again showed pictures). He quoted reasonable prices for the options we have. We will have a second new cooler on Monday. I already have plans to schedule him to return for some other HVAC and venting maintenance and cleaning.

He was knowledgeable about the cooler unit. His work was quick and he explained what he was doing along the way. And he broke down the costs before (estimate) and after (final bill) so there wasn't any surprises. I've already made plans to hire him again in the fall to winterize the unit.

My experience from the very beginning with Sally, who booked my appointment for the next day was funny, professional and courteous. My A/C unit stopped cooling. After getting a quote from a "company" that I've used for many years, something told me to get a second opinion. Not only did Casey fix the problem, he couldn't confirm the "company's" findings - refrigerant leak and oil leak from the blower! Firstly, I was told by the company that the coil needed to be replaced which would be approximately $2,700.00. Then I was told I would need a completely new A/C unit because they were not able to get the coil, as my unit was so old. When I Googled the cost of a "standard" unit replacement it was between $5K-$12k. I'm on a fixed income & let's just say that Cassal Cooling & Heating treated me really well. When I showed Casey what the "company" told me in writing he didn't speak any unkind words, instead he shrugged his shoulders. Cassal is a business with integrity. Thank you!

Casey is a very experienced and honest professional. He responded promptly to our initial inquiry and came to our house to inspect our failing AC unit. After discussing the history of the unit and various options, we decided to replace the unit. He worked with our schedule to find the right day to do the job. During the whole process he answered all our questions quickly. I recommend him very highly.

yes, I was impressed by his knowledge, time and honesty

Mr. Cassal arrived to assess the AC problem. He found a bad leak in the evaporator coil; it would need to be replaced. He tracked one down an hour away and retrieved it himself. He showed up again on the dot and worked quietly and expertly within the confines of our HVAC closet. Completing the installation, he re-charged the system and tested it for leaks and cooling power. Two hot and dusty days later. The system is pumping out gloriously cool air. We would hire Cassal again in a heartbeat---highly recommended!

Casey not only showed great customer service, he was also very transparent about the service when he thought the vent wasnt clogged up. When we decided to go through with the cleaning he found the problem and showed it to me while being informative, fast and friendly. Would definitely hire again for any issues.
