"This project was completed exactly to the specs detailed in the estimate. We encountered a slight delay in obtaining the permit from Seminole County due to a county backlog. The cost of this project was exactly as detailed in the written contract. There were no additional amount charged to the customer."

After dealing with several contractors/worker with marginal quality standards, it was serendipity that we stumbled on to Scott Halperin and Cass Design Group. His estimates are detailed down to the last nail and he holds to them. More important, his knowledge and quality of work ranging from bearing wall modification to complex bathroom tile work/modifications are of the highest standards (he is as picky as we are). Electrical, masonary, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing and anything else .......he is a master at any and all of them. Everything he does is permitted and inspected and his knowledge of the local codes is extensive.

These are good people, detail conscious, flexible to work with, and honest in pricing and charging change orders. We could not be happier with the quality of work, nor the competency of the people who finished our complete bathroom makeover. This is one of the best firms I have worked with for home remodeling and have already been recommending them to friends and neighbors.
