Mudded, taped, and primed my drywall for me. I hung it myself so I'm sure it wasn't a pro hanging job. He came and did the work after I was off work and on weekends, so it made it very convenient for me. He's a perfectionist, which is good for the customer. He was also very professional. I probably won't even check around for my next job, I'll just call him.

Quick turnaround, worked with us to meet some very specific (unusual) needs and got the work done really fast!

My Project is not quite finished, but I feel confident is making an excellent recommendation at this point. Mr. Geer is professional and courteous. My project involved putting up drywall in a 3 sided room and covering one window. I asked if the drywall would help to warm the room because I could see that there was little insulation in the room. Mr. Geer broke through the plaster to see that there was none and offered to remove all the plaster and put in insulation prior to putting up the drywall. It added a little more time and a little more money to the project, but I was pleased with the estimate and his work ethic.

Contractor Cheyenne Geer did a great job of drywalling my project. He has a very good work ehtic and completed the project as planned. The cost of the project was very competitive and there were no added costs incurred beyond the initial estimate. I will be using this contractor for in-the-near-future projects.

I interviewed 5 "Pros" and Cheyenne was the only one who brought an album of previous projects he had worked on in the past. This, along with his very reasonable quote, was what influenced my decision to hire him. I was very satisfied with the work that he did for me and was pleased with his patience as we ran into a couple of snags during the project due to previous work that had been done years prior. I am so pleased with what he has done that I have already hired him to work on a second project. I am so glad that I was able to find C.A.T.Z construction through this website. Very professional, completed on time with weather permiting. Cleaned up the area. The crew was very respectful and busy at all times. We are asking this company to give us other project estimates.
