LET'S JUST SAY THIS, HE GOT BACK TO US WITHIN 12 HOURS OF RECEIVING OUR NUMBER. HE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO THE WORK BECAUSE WE ARE WAITING FOR A BONUS CHECK TO COME THROUGH. HOWEVER, HE GAVE US A FANTASTIC ESTIMATE AND HIS WORK, ONLINE, LOOKED IMPECCABLE. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT I COULD FIND THAT WOULD DO RECLINING WING CHAIRS.

I thought they did a great job, and would give them the best rating!

Mr. Zinno was reasonably priced, prompt and very professional. Not to mention the outstanding job done on the repair of my furniture. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE. I HAD ORDERED BLINDS THREW THE INTERNET AND THEY WERE ON BACK ORDER, WHEN THEY FINALLY CAME IN AND I CALLED CARMINE, AND HE WAS THERE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN.

I was highly disappointed with Carmine Zinno's work. He took a $500 deposit and I received no value in return. When I asked to review a portfolio of his past work, he could not produce one. In my humble opinion, he seemed inexpereinced in over all interior design work. I provided him with a detailed list of what I wanted help with and in many cases, his proposal and budget did not address my requests. His proposal was very rudimentary and unsophisticated. He promised me a partial refund two months ago but has not delivered. We have contacted him many times and he says he will pay us but each time when the newly promised date comes and goes, he does not follow through. I can provide more details if needed.

I am so pleased with the work they did for me. Kind, considerate and did not leave until they were satisfied. JOB WELL DONE!!! I WILL CERTAINLY CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING I NEED DONE. Thank you for referring me to them. AAA rating.

I didn't go with Carmine for the feng shui, because of his limited experience, but when I learned he makes furniture, I commissioned two pieces. I can't rate the quality because I have given him a deposit, but won't see the finished results for a while. craftsmen are so much in demand that I was most surprised by his promptness and professionalism. Quite a contrast to my past experience.

Ours was a "nuisance project" which nobody wanted to touch. After trying for weeks - months - to provide a suitable replacement or someone willing to repair it and coming up short every time, I sent in a request to Service Magic around midnight and had an offer from Mr. Zinno the following morning, asking me when I'd like him to come pick it up. It wound up costing more than we'd hoped (which is not to say we were charged anything other than exactly what was quoted), but it was such a relief to find someone willing to work with us that the cost became a secondary consideration - and perhaps our hopes were unrealistic anyway. We just installed the repaired piece this weekend and it's very solid. Service was excellent and faster than anticipated. We'd work with him again in a minute.

I felt they did a wonderful job and I was very happy, I would like to hire them long term, but I am unsure if I can afford them. They charge a lot more than I have budgeted for housecleaning.
