My heat was not working during the cold snap. I had visits from 4 companies--- 3 tried to sell me an entirely new unit--- ONLY C & C advised that the problem could actually be FIXED--instead of replaced. They fixed it on the spot for a fair priced----then offered a fair price should I decide down the road to actually get a new unit. (and offered to deduct what I just paid for the fix) They were upfront and professional. I will definitely call them when I am ready to replace my unit.

They came out the same day and had the problem fixed within a few hours. I do wish that they had told me the problem and pricing before they had actually performed the service.
