they were on time and did the job with out bothering me to see this and that. Good to their word a cerfited copy of my survey arrvied in the mail a few days later and C&C gave my loan company title Insurance company all the informatiopn that they requested in a very timley manner

The job was completed in a timely manner. Since I was out of town, all correspondence was completed via telephone. I paid when the job was completed. This was less expensive then a survey that I had done on another piece of property that I recently purchased and yet this survey was more complex. Great job, great price.

C&C PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET THE JOB DONE. THIS INVOLVED A UN RULEY NEIGHBOUR, SAM WAS GREAT EVEN AFTER WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO CALM DOWN THE MAD NEIGHBOUR THAT DID NOT WANT ME TO HAVE A SURVEY ON MY LAND. HIS CHARGES WERE AS QUOTED AND DID NOT CHANGE EVEN IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION. I WOULD CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN . THANKS BART P. JACKSONVILLE FL
