Chad did an awesome job. He was on time and provided professional service that was centered around true customer service. He takes pride in his work and I would highly recomend him to others. He stuck to his estimate and even cleaned up and vaccumed when finished, wow.

Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
Started out well. After 9 months we started to see buckling in 2 main areas on opposite end of the room from end wall . Chad was very unprofessional in his email, would not even look at the issue or try to resolve it. He felt that it was too far to drive without knowing what the exact issue was. If Chad is going to work in a particular area then we feel that he also needs to be willing to service that area. After working with the manufacturer, they felt the issue was due to Chad not laying down a moisture barrier. We did try to nail the buckled pieces down and are praying that we will not have other areas that do the same.

"At the time of install Chad did a moisture test and everything was fine. Customer did not provide me all the material needed to finish the project. Then took it upon themselves to finish my work because they didn't want to pay me to complete the job. Customer also was using the room as a bar area/rec room moisture more likely came from spills and surface water from above than a vapor from below."
