I recently hired CA Tile and Floors to install LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring in my kitchen and living room, and I?m really happy with how everything turned out.

Quote was prompt. Work started promptly, however, they have returned 3 times and still have unresolved issues. I am getting no response to do a walk thru. I have had to purchase new baseboard that is wider to cover the gaps between the flooring and walk, and pay for someone to install it. ($527.92)

For clarity, this was a labor-only luxury vinyl plank installation completed under the agreed scope using homeowner-supplied materials. The installation was completed as scheduled, and you confirmed satisfaction in writing at completion (?They?re great!?). You later confirmed again in writing: ?I love the floor! The work done looks great.? Any subsequent site visits were post-completion courtesy accommodations coordinated around scheduling/material availability. Baseboard selection, purchase, and installation were not included in the original flooring agreement. C&A Tile Flooring LLC cooperated throughout the Angi complaint process and remained available for scope-based walkthrough/verification. The homeowner later chose to pursue a different resolution path. We stand by our workmanship and professionalism. No admission of fault, defect, or liability is made. We wish you the best moving forward."
