Gas Piping
This pro spent less than 30mins on the project yet charged us 300$. They did not provide a receipt of service to justify the cost. I trusted this pro but upon reflecting on the project I found the job inadequate to the cost. I am extremely disappointed they did not object to the estimate and just took the 300 without hesitation. As a professional you should always justify the cost with a written receipt of why and what. Trust is important in this business and me and my wife feel like we were taken advantage of as for we are new home owners.

"The price was agreed upon over the phone, and after getting different quotes customer called me back if I was still interested in the work. $300 for gas service is not outrageous, and an invoice shall be provided if asked. I am sorry I forgot to ask you for your email, it was 6 pm and after a long day, it happens. If homeowners do not like the price they are allowed to do their own work in the city of Scranton."
