They actually took off their boots before entered! That is one of my biggest things that I judge immediately. A lot of contractors dont show that respect. They were very fast and no mistakes. In fact they needed a special tool and didnt have it. They left to go purchase and come straight back. They didnt risk the job or charge me extra time. I appreciated that.
