We needed insulation above a crawl space. The shingles had been removed and the area needed to be kept dry after the insulation was blown in by CBI. The project was to be completed on Friday and we were leaving town on Thursday. CBI had the insulation blown in and then put the tar paper on for us at a very reasonable price. We would recommend CBI.

Prompt; Fair price; Polite; Clean; Good job Only frustration was having to wait 1 month after job completion to get receipt in mail, which wasn't a big deal.

Both Brendan and Robert were very nice, honest, caring and professional. Their price was good and so was their work. My landlord is already using them for other houses. It was a real pleasure to deal with them. They are much better than their competition in this area, south of Kansas City, KS. I will totally recommend them, without any reservations!

I hired CBI LLC he set up a time and did not show nor call. I had to call him 45 minutes after the scheduled appt time. we reset the appointment and he arrived on time. I had some one stay at my home to pay him, because I was at work. He did not leave a receipt. He claimed he would send it in the mail. I called two different times and left messages in regards to the matter but never received a call back nor a receipt which I will need for my tax rebate. I'm not sure that I would call for his services again. I thought he was pretty honest and pleasant but maybe not so dependable.

Brendan is efficient, intelligent and polite on the phone. We spoke a few weeks ago. He has not installed the insulation yet as I did not have a paycheck for the job that month; I'm self-employed. Do you have his cell # handy so I can contact him? Send me another one of these "rating" emails in a few weeks and I'll let you know how the job performance was after the fact. Thanks, Matt.

I FELT PLEASED WITH BRENDAN AT CBI LLC HE WAS HERE ON TIME AND FELT HE DID A GOOD JOB AND WAS NOT UNREASONABLE ON HIS PRICE. I FELT HE WAS HONEST AND WELL KEPT APPEARANCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY NEEDING INSULATION. I WAS HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND HIM FOR THE JOB.

The job was done with care and I would recommend Brendon to anyone. He came and gave me an estimate and when the job was complete there were no added charges. The job was completed as he said in his quote and that was important to me. He runs a fine business.

Got the job done quickly and well. Some planning issues encountered-supplier did not have any insulation for him on the first day we had scheduled, so required a reschedule.
