CBL Residential Design & Maintenance - Unlicensed Contractor

Mr. Jorge "George" Sanchez and Assistant Eric finished two partial bathroom remodels that included tile removal and installation, vanity and toilet installation with plumbing, lighting, mirror and baseboard work. They expertly completed the work within a week at a valued price. Mr. Sanchez is very proud of his work and eager to please his client base.

CBL helped me with my oven. It was not working properly and they fixed it. Very careful and conscientious. They did a great job.

very prompt good follow up

Good work but maybe a bit pricey. We will see whenever we get a hard rain how well he did working with my roof and gutters.

Very prompt workers. Jorge and Ricardo were fantastic...all business and got the job done on time. I will definitely hire them again.

I used this company two times now and both times. the first time he charged me a flat fee and I should not have paid him. After he left I realized he did not do half the work I paid him for. I am a single mom of three teenagers and don't have money to throw away. The second guy I had him put the door handle on my front door and he charged me by the hour and he took too long so I paid him for his hours and told him it doesn't take 5 hours to put a door knob on the front door. I may try one more time and see what happens.

Jorge is very nice, completed the job in short order, have also hired him for another repair job.

This was a brief exploratory project in advance of aa home sale. We did not complete the project, as the buyers chose to do the work themselves.

Jorge and his two man crew repaired windows, replaced window hardware, painted kitchen drawers, fabricated kitchen drawer doors, built a roof over a bay window, installed GFI outlet and splash board, to name a few of the tasks they performed. They are knowledgeable and have all the requisite tools and then some. I was pleased with their work and would hire them again. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is that some of their work did not measure up to the high standards I expected and they promised. When I "complained", they shrugged their shoulders.

We hired Jorge to refinish our front doors & to replace a broken ceramic tile. He was amazingly fast & responsive. Jorge is a Master Carpenter & can build beautiful custom doors himself, so this was an easy task for him. Nonetheless he did a great job making our old peeling doors look beautiful again & did a perfect job replacing a single broken floor tile. Jorge & his assistant were very professional, very friendly & took extreme care while working in our home. His fees were very fair; a bargain for how hard they worked and was the exact cost of his original estimate. Highly recommended!

work was completed in timely manner as agreed upon

Jorge did a wonderful job on removing grout and replacing new. Very professional..

Too expensive for some of the work done.

As other users have stated; they did a great and clean job and on quote! Wouldn't think twice about calling them for my next job or recommending them!

Jorge was very timely and completed my small job immediately. The work was done very well and his services were exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend him.

The price was a bit high.

I am in the process of selling my home and needed 10 items repaired to clear a home inspection. George Sanchez was prompt, courteous, and performed all the necessary work at a fair price. He also found a couple items that a home inspector would find and I had agreed and had George do the repairs. I am very happy with his work.

Our door was very difficult to get out, but the gentleman stayed with and didn't get fustrated at all. Replaced the rollers and cleaned out the tracks. Door works great. Thank you!

Mr. Sanchez of CBL was excellent. He even came over on a Sunday to give us an estimate. He knew exactly what to do, and I feel the problem was a bit complicated. The job was completed the next day and the sliding door wooks great, and he even cleaned up after himself. I also feel his price was reasonable. I would recommend him with flying colors.

Responsive & Professional.

Prompt and on budget

The team arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner with a keen eye to detail, sought my input as needed without bugging me over every detail, cleaned up thoroughly when done, and came in on budget. The work quality was excellent. Jorge takes pride in his work and does whatever is necessary to do a top job. I would use him and his crew again.

Jorge installed overhead storage shelves/racks all over our garage. We have a TON of really sturdy good space. He worked with us on the price and came up with great ideas. He was always on time and did everything he said he would, I sure appreciate that. He worked really late one night to get the job going! He is also a really nice guy to talk with. Thanks Jorge!

Jorge did a good job on the various tasks we asked him to do, including one that we didn't ask. We gave him a tight time schedule and he finished on time. By the way, Jorge is a Master Carpenter, so that should give you some idea of his level of competence. Nice guy too.
