He is always responsible and on time. He is a good communicator, as well.

I was dissatisfied with his work. he did not do a good job. He is not responsible and refuses to take responsibility for the poor job he did. He refused to to come back and re do the parts he needed to fix. he has bad customer service and his professionalism is even worse. I would never hire him again or refer him to anyone.

They were extremely quick and efficient. We had our entire yard done one day after contacting them ( typically they are about a week out)

After working one time, he said I live too far away. Most of his work is in the direction of Gresham. they pulled new flowers out along with weeds. He gave me some excuse for not seeding then said he bought $40 grass seed in Salem. I know the price of seed and my yard is small. I told him seed for my yard did not cost $40. He got mad at me. I didn't trust him by the way he responded. He works four days for a landscaping company in Vancouver and is starting his own company the other three days and wants to charge the higher prices of the large landscaping companies.

I really liked it that they knew not to tear out certain plants. Normally when I have yard clean up of this magnitude (my yard was really overgrown!) the people I hire will just tear out everything. These guys seemed to know to leave my herbs and also certain volunteer annuals that I value. It is great having folks that are knowledgeable about what should stay and what should go.
