I really like and trust this company.

When work completed; he stated concerns that his work was not in compliance with building codes or up to industry standards. I did not ask for a guarantee; and did not ask for him to downgrade his own work. In fact his work to lay plywood and flashing; and liquid rubber membrane on the roof was above quality of original materials and construction. Original design of flat roof did not allow for drainage by a gradient which was not by code or building industry standards. Additionally skylight area had never been properly installed. His repairs were asked to be above previous building quality.

I would highly recommend Chris. He did a great job designing and installing my new metal staircase and was meticulous about getting the job done right. He cleaned up after himself and he was a pleasure to work with.

Chris had knowledge of the project, very professional and relaiable. He did a great job and leaned up afterwards. I would reccomend him to anyone who needs a handyman and will use him again if needed.

Chris was very professional, he cleaned up as he did the installation, was open to suggestions. He did a fine job installing my swamp cooler. Chris is also installing the same swamp cooler for 2 of my neighbors.
