I must be the odd man out. I had a 22 year old stone paver walkway that was in need of repair, straightened out and leveled. Cliff came out to take a look at the walkway. I requested that certain materials be used in the repair and I wanted the pavers to abut the concrete steps in the same manner as it was originally. Neither one of those requests were met and when I asked about it, I was dismissed. I'm an engineer and a detail oriented person. The finished walkway is fairly straight (not what I would call straight) and mostly level except for one area. The materials used in the construction of the border are not what I asked for and the pavers don't line up to the concrete steps the way I asked. The one good thing I can say is that the job was performed when Cliff said it would be done. I feel Cliff and his crew have the capability to do excellent work but certainly fell short on my job. In hindsight, I should have calibrated my expectations with Cliff before he started the job. My bad.

Reliable and pleasant to deal with.

Very friendly crews came to work for us. They did several projects for us and we are very happy with the end results. I know they were hiring more people while they were working with us and I think they needed more people on the site so that it could have possibly been finished quicker, weather permitting of course. We are very happy we hired them and will recommend them to everyone. We wish they would have moved out of state with us!!!

Cliff and his crew are true professionals, their work is top notch. They are artists with stone, I'm very happy with their work.

I cannot say enough about Cliff Bradley owner of Cb Masonry and Landscape. He and his crew are the best, great prices very respectful, always has great ideas and does every job for me as if it were his own house he's working on. They (so far) have replaced my hardwood floor, completely replaced a whole wall and window in my living room, have replaced my basement windows, hung gutters on my house, painted, sheetrocked, completely renovated my back porch, plow my driveway and shoveled my roof, also repaired the grout in my ceramic kitchen floor. I've probably forgotten somethings. I would highly recommend these guys, they do it all and do it well. I will call Cliff for all things needed and I know he will help me or find someone he knows and trusts, to help if he is not able. Anyone out there looking for a great contractor should give Cb Masonry and Landscape a call, I give him and his crew an " A " Plus...

Honest on time clean up after him self cant say one bad thing about him he is a "A" Plus one contractor he is just perfect hard working you man.

He's done a few jobs for me, and did a beautiful job, and made sure the work was done right. No problems at all.

I was very satisfied. I came up with ideas I hadn't thought of, and he really helped me save money and get the project done safely. Finished sooner than originally discussed, so saved me some time too. Very attentive, responded quickly, very professional and well put together young man with a straightforward personality.

Very pleasant to work with, we are using him for snow removal and his rates are excellent.
