I ve used CB mechanical for about 15 years now Chris installed our furnace and AC system 12 years ago it's still running just fine had a couple minor issues but Chris took care of them with no problem he knows his stuff and his prices are fair you don't have to take my word for it give him a call you won't be disappointed

Chris was great to work with, I was very impressed with his attitude . I am a Business man and have been in business many years . This young man was here with in 20 minutes of the call for a bid. MCI was the lowest b id of 5 similar Companies. Scott his tech guy very efficient, on time and worked in this humid 90 plus heat, and did a super great job I would give this company a 5 star rating.

The owner of this company called me within an hour of my search on Home Advisor. He sent a 2 man crew to do our furnace inspection the following morning ! They were on time, very thorough and gave us a written report of each component they inspected and then spoke with us to go over everything. The price was very affordable . CB Mechanical saved us from the expensive of a new furnace as we had gotten it inspected by another company last spring. The other company told us we had visible cracks on the heat exchanger should replace the furnace right away, then gave us a quote for installing a new furnace. We had a feeling we were being scammed so put it off and then got this inspection done. The heat exchanger was fine!! Thank you to CB Mechanical for saving us from that horrible company and from spending thousands on a new furnace we do not need!!! We will be your customer as long as we are homeowners! So grateful for your ethical honest business!!!
