Make sure you get a quote in writing, not verbally. If you do not, your job will not be completed. At first, they did a good job... until the afternoon came. After that, everything went down hill. They will not return to finish job after stating 4 times they would. Paid them as billed and was even told to not pay until I was happy. They did a job next to me, walked over, and said **we will be over this afternoon to finish your job**. I handed the check over and they will not return any correspondence with me. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Hired CB Property Maintenance to remove two 75Ft trees in my back yard. The estimate was a bit lower then the actual bill but that was due to having a climber come out, so no issue there. They had to remove a portion of my fence to bring in the equipment and when they were finished reinstalled it. Took about 3 days to complete the project due to the weather. I’ve recommended this company to several people now and plan on using them again in the future.

They did a very good job. No problem I would tell all my family and friends about them. AWESOME JOB

watch out for other plants. I lost 1Tomatoe plant don't know where it went to

6 months later, the main water line was damaged during the sprinkler install. They said it was fixed with a compression sleeve. However, I just paid another $150 to have it repaired again since it has been leaking for the last 6 months and my water bill has been averaging $400 per month. They also cut my fiber internet line during the install. But that is another story. Lesson learned, do not hire tree/stump removal/landscaping company to install a sprinkler system.

If there were more stars to rate this business, I would do it. Hands down the best interaction from the office to my home. The price was so much better than any other estimate and frankly, CB property maintenance, despite being the best priced was also the most professional.

They showed up on time,did everything we discuss and then some. Cleaned up after themselves. If you are looking for someone to do tree service this would be the company to hire.

They got me the fastest and lowest quote and offered military discount which really helped me. I had a dead tree that the top fell out of in the yard and was afraid my house was going to be hit next. They got it down fast and safe and understood that I was working on a budget.
