From initial contact with Cody to the finished project with Caleb and Tyler we are very happy with the service provided. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind, fun to work with and made sure all our concerns were taken care of and questions were answered with a smile. We highly recommend Groundworks!

Rick D, Victor Q and Raymond S did a superb job. They found the problem blockage and did an exemplary job of putting the dug up flower bed and lawn back in original shape. They were a hard working crew.

We have yearly maintenance inspections done on our crawlspace encapsulation, sump pumps, dehumidifier, and on our driveway drainage grate. GROUNDWORKS has been our "one-stop go to" company for our home. Technician JR WALZ is a very articulate professional that provides courteous attention to detail service. JR explained every inspection step & maintenance procedure he was doing. He checked our cement walkway & steps for any future hazards. The GROUNDWORKS projects & service checkups have increased our home value to ourselves and frankly to any future home buyers (in my honest opinion). JR WALZ provided us with stellar written service notes to add to our house maintenance history folder. He welcomed us to call him personally for any concerns or issues we may have. We appreciated the fact that he included my wife during his service overview explanations too. Lastly, JR WALZ proactively communicated by text & phone prior to the appointment. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & WORK ETHICS!

Groundworks really came thru for us big time. They sent someone out to help us within a week of our calling, and not only did Tobias fix the problem, he went above and beyond the call of duty by removing a rattlesnake we had found only an hour earlier. He was a total professional and we could not possibly have received better service!!

Groundworks did an excellent job with my house projects. Their crew (Lee, Rick and Brad) were excellent. They arrived ahead of schedule and began work immediately. I was kept informed every step of the way and was invited to observe while they explained what they were doing. I would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone needing foundation stabilization.

Had to address groundwater issues under my modular as a result of home inspection as house is for sale. Michael came out and provided an estimate for a sump pump system after determining water issues were related to groundwater. Not gonna lie, was a little breathtaking. Other estimates came in close or a little lower but I liked the system Groundworks used. I also liked the life time warranty and it is transferable to new homeowners. Based on reviews I researched they appear to be really good at honoring their warranty. He was able to coordinate getting the work done prior to closing which did not give them a lot of time. That was another reason I chose to hire them. The crew that came out, Travis D, Garrett and Beau were awesome. The crawl space under my modular is tight so I know this was not an easy task. Hard work and hard workers! I would recommend them for the type of work I had done. Very pleased!

Nick and Tyler did a great job today understanding how the caulking and existing concrete work together, was thorough in their explanation of the process, was professional and cleaned up well. Thank you!

After heavy rain we had Groundworks mitigate water in our basement. They drafted a plan and advised on how to prevent water intruding on the east wall of our house, which consisted of a front and back bedroom. The water was currently only entering from the back bedroom, so Groundworks advised to put in an interior french drain and waterproofing. My wife and I specifically asked whether we should also mitigate the front bedroom, and they advised against because it would entail losing the bedroom closets, and the existing plan would mitigate water for the entire side of the house. We also specifically asked if we had water intrusion later in the front bedroom if it would be covered under the warranty and they confirmed that it would be covered. Now less than 2 years later, I have water in my front basement bedroom every time it rains. I have contacted the company repeatedly, and while they initially, verbally stated that they would correct the work and make things right, they have since claimed that the warranty only covers the back bedroom. They are now advising to do an additional assessment, and for me to pay for additional mitigation. In total, the sales tactics seem unethical, the customer service is atrocious, and I would never pay Groundworks to complete work on any project again. I strongly recommend everyone stay as far away from this company as possible.

They installed two ground screw anchors to lift the sinking pillars on our back porch. They also stabilized and lifted several concrete slabs that were also sinking due to some water drainage issues. Price was acceptable and they offered some good financing options that made the project more affordable. All crews were professional and very communicative. They spent a few hours with me going over all of the options and the end result met expectations. Would recommend for anyone needing this service.

Mike and Tyler did a great job leveling our bedroom slab. Very professional and thoughtful in their approach to the project. This is the fourth time we have used groundworks on two different properties. I would go with no one else.

Outstanding job! Thomas and Travis were superb!! They completed the job efficiently and quickly. I was asked several times if I had any questions about their work, as well as explaining what they were doing so I fully understood what to expect when the job was completed. They were very friendly and always courteous. True professionals!!

Tyler and Nick were tremendous. Tyler explained everything clearly before beginning and after completion. Job site was left cleaner than it was on arrival. Sales phase (Mr. Clough I believe) was also very professional and compassionate. ( he could sell sand in the Dessert)

Had a garage driveway issue wherein several of the concrete slabs had dropped below adjacent slabs. I had the team provide an explanation of the issue, create a quote, schedule an install, and communicate arrival times as promised.The installation crew of Mike, Tyler, and Nick completed the project as requested, quickly and efficiently, as well with a great pleasant attitude. Chris and his crew were on time and ready to go to work. They were very professional and efficient. It was obvious they had done this type of work many times and knew exactly what needed to be and which step to do first, second, and third. I expected the job to take two day to complete. However thier work ethics and dedication to mission accomplishment enabled them to finish in one day. Thank you.
