C Bird Construction

I hired Chris to build a 480sqft detached garage just before the COVID shut-down. Even with the added burden of lack of supplies and sub contractors, Chris did a great job of keeping the project moving where he could. Once the shut-down ended and supplies and sub contractors came back on-line, the project finished up nicely. I would recommend Chris for sure.

Where do I start?? I wish there were more than 5 stars so I could more accurately rate Chris Bird and his company. Over the past three years, I've hired C. Bird Construction to complete repairs needed to my home's siding, crawlspace, replace a deck, fence repairs and emergeny carpet repair. His responsiveness and exceptional customer service is only equaled by the outstanding work his company does. The siding and crawlspace repairs were fairly complex. He diagnosed and fixed an issue with my siding that was exacerbated by incomplete work done by previous contractors. C. Bird Construction replaced the rotting wood planks of my deck with beautiful Trex decking. The work was completed on time and was absolutely flawless. They have also done fence repairs for me and an emergency carpet repair in a pinch! C. Bird Construction company makes you fell like you are their only client. They are an all star company with all star people and I woul hire them without reservation to do any construction or remodel project that I might have. They are the best!! Their prices are more than fair and the veteran discount is nice too!

When you call and talk with Chris be very clear on your plan. Once you have your budget set Chris and his team will get it done. They are great and communicate very well. The service was spot on and I have already sent them referrals.

We were very pleased with C Bird Construction. They actually were able to start the job a day early. A lot of care went into their work. The porch and deck feel solid beneath our feet and they look wonderful!

Chris and AJ are professionals. They communicate and show up on time and if something comes up that is communicated as well. I was really pleased with the results and when asked to come back and fix a minor issue it was taken care in the same week. Definitely will be calling CBird Construction and again and highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed...

I called Chris and he and his partner came out promptly and assessed everything. Then they called and let me know that this would be a challenge but they would do it. And I am glad they did these guys nailed it it looks great! I would refer these guys to everyone. My neighbors are wanting their information. If you want professionalism and great customer service and perfection dial up Chris! You wont be disappointed.

We had a sliding glass door that wouldn't open easily- C BIrd Construction was amazing with their communication--quick responses to all of my questions and were able to send someone to fix it the next day! The repairman was very kind and polite, knew how to fix the problem immediately and did a great job. He was careful to clean everything up and even helped pop our screen door back on! Very satisfied with the service!

Chris communicates like nobody else in the construction field. He texts or calls back immediately. Chris gutted and remodeled a duplex for us in one month. He worked 6-7 days a week and 12 hour days to stay on the timeline. Redesigned our kitchens, new tile floors, tiled our bathrooms, replaced our windows, and redid our exterior staircase.

We hired Chris to put in a Timbertech floating deck and side fire pit. He responded to our request really fast, and worked to fit us into his busy schedule. Our deck and fire pit look great. We would highly recommend working with Chris.

Chris came out to repair the railings on our back deck as well as replace the garage steps on the side of our house...He and his team did GREAT work and I can't recommend them highly enough....Did what he said he was going to do, listened to my requests on the project and filled them to the letter...Would work with him again ANY time.

I utilized Home Advisor early this morning for a big problem I had with a failing wall on a deck planter box. Within minutes of requesting assistance Chris called (before 7 am - amazing!), and advised he could come look at it this afternoon. As he stated he just showed up, gave me a very reasonable bid, and I hope to get the work done very soon. So far so good, very refreshing for a contractor to be timely, responsive, professional, and reasonable - I hope this continues to be the case but GREAT first impression Chris!

Chris Bird did two projects for us the first was a kitchen subway tile backsplash and the second was flooring in the bathroom. Both projects Chris did an outstanding job. He is friendly and very helpful when asked advice on projects. He's very meticulous in his work and that is important to me. He's a hard worker and finished ahead of schedule for both. My only regret is I did not hire him sooner for other projects. At the completion of the job when we paid him he said we overpaid him and promptly refunded the difference this speaks volumes about his integrity! I look forward to working with Chris again in the future.

Chris Bird always arrived on schedule and cleaned up the area daily The project was completed earlier the scheduled in spite of adverse weather. Chris was friendly and professional at all times and several times provided valuable suggestions to improve the net result. Chris also worked a year ago on our kitchen remodel with equally outstanding results. With both projects, it became obvious that Chris takes enormous pride in his work.
