They were able to provide next day service for me. Service tech was on time. Evaluated the situation and repaired the washing machine in no time. Once the working parts came in my washer was fixed in no time. The only negative I had was the two out of box parts that either didnâ t work or was damaged. Not technicians fault.

Very punctual on returning telephone call after job posting. Very professional and on time with home visits. Diagnosed ice maker problem on seven year old LG refrigerator and placed order for part on the spot. Part was received mid week and it took him all of 15 minutes to install. Refrigerator compressor gone out. James had to order a new one. Found out that one was defective. He had to order another on. After a week he got it up and running. His business manner was very professional, gone above and beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend him.
