The movers were friendly and professional. They moved with speed. They made what is always some kind of hassle almost enjoyable.

wasn't please with the service he left a piece of the furniture back at the house i called him to go pick it up and he told me he was at his office and i had to rent a next moving truck to go for it not the best service

These guys took time out to view the space and needs so my estimate was very accurate Possibly could have gotten done cheaper, but hard to tell, as many movers give low estimates with wide misses. These guys came on time, worked efficiently - very smooth.

The customer service was excellent. The supervisor realized a couple hours after they left that they still had (4) nuts and bolts on their truck that went to a table they had moved. He called me that evening and drove all the way back to my house to bring me the nuts and bolts. Definitely went above and beyond.

I hired this moving company to move me from one area of Georgia to another on July 1, 2020, the initial loading of my items went ok but when my items arrived to the final destination they were dented, scratch, and ripped when I reported the destruction of certain items I was told that I needed to send pictures I sent the pictures and because I did not have the extended warranty they gave me a refund of only $100 but I was told by the young man handling my case I would receive $273 by check. This is not what happened I was refunded my deposit. I was highly upset seeing that my items were worth way more. The movers tore a Cushion from the seam and scuffed up the leather from my 7 piece sectional, chunks of wood was missing from my king size headboard and railings not to mention drag marks as well, scratches and scuff marks on my coffee and end tables as well as my computer table my 70-inch metal and glass TV stand was dented and bent along the frame rendering it useless. When I explained everything that was damaged to the associate he told me to send him pictures of all the damages I did and he hits me with our man said that it looks like it is pressed wood first off how can you officially say this without actually seeing the items in person then he tried to tell me that they had the exact same TV stand in the office and he knows how much it cost I told him my TV stand cost me $299 and that I did not expect to get what it cost but I expected to get more than the $273 that he was offering me, there was so much back and forth to be honest with you I got so annoyed and I said you know what just send me the check for my items! Now I am not sure how Insurance works when you are moving but I would have thought that there would be some kind of form that I would have to fill out there was not all they did was refund me my deposit of $100 which is not what I was informed I would get ($273) I have not heard anything more from them and to be honest with you I would never use them again or recommend them BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY if you do not mind your things getting DAMAGED then go with them but if you value and treasure your items then I suggest you go with a different company remember the old adage you get what you pay for and that is exactly what I got damaged scuffed and unusable pieces of furniture YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Great team assigned to our move lead by Eddie and two other Hard workers,got job done 100%.

Mover had a dirty mouth, my wife heard them using foul language. They didn?t bring mattress protectors.

This company is amazing. When the original movers cancelled 30 min prior to their showtime we were in a panic we called C&S and they came out on a Sunday to move us! They were very on time, professional and courteous. I highly recommend that you use this company!!!
