BUYER BEWARE! To all those thinking about hiring Cesar Samaniego, think twice. I hired Cesar to build my 490 st tiny off grid home. Leaks under the kitchen sink, leaks in my bathroom wall, inside mini split pipes not covered, mini split not bolted down, 28k generator not proper hooked up to charge solar batteries & generator battery (generator was never tested, no battery), roof not square, propane leak at stove connection, 3 missed completion dates after lock-in paid. All costing me over $8k to repair and pay for lost closing costs. The worse experience I have ever had building a home. Ghosted me after final payment and would not fix one thing. DO NOT HIRE ANYONE FROME THIS COMPANY, they have no idea what they are doing and customer relations are horrible. It took him 14 months to build a 490 sf home, yeah 14 long costly months. Next stop his ROC!
