Electric Furnace or Forced Air Heating System Repair Service

Our home warranty company sent CC & Son (Charles Paden and his son) to check our heating system after we noticed a burning smell coming through the vents. He came, checked, said nothing was wrong (he just had to flip the breaker) and we paid him $100 cash. Then the smell happened again and we called a different technician to get a second opinion, and he found two wires that had been burning by the heat pump. There were holes in the rubber covering the wire from being burned. The second technician said these wires were easy to find and Charles didn?t do his job. I believe CC & Son?s laziness and unprofessionalism could have ended very badly for my family. I have two young children whose home could have caught fire.

Fake reviews. Worst company on planet earth to deal with. Incapable of basics and owner speed nothing but lies and BS. Thankfully, was able to get a qualified professional to fix their mistakes.
