Concrete Foundation Installation

Kodi intentionally stalled our project for seven months when our contract was a two month deadline. He spent all the money we gave him up front for materials. He abandoned the project the night before the pour and left us forced to pay $18,000 to AAA concrete. He workmanship was horrible. The stem wall had uneven, the bolts were not covered and we had to spend hours cleaning them. He never cleaned up all the mess and debris and left hundreds of screws all over the job site and did not come back for two months. It was in his contact to do the radiant heated floors and then he just refused to do them. He canceled and postponed more times than he was on site. I could go on and on but I think you get the point.

Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
Kody did not listen to what we wanted. We asked for a ramp to the back yard. Got a slab. Wanted boards between fence posts. Did not happen. Unfortunately, we are stuck with what we got.
