CCM Paint and Stain LLC

We hired CCM to install bathroom floor tile and shower tile they installed the floor first and broke half the tile and just tried to grout the brakes then installed shower tile halfway up wrong and had to be redone everything had to be redone that they did they installed the toilet but did not put the wax ring under the toilet found that out when removing the tile from the floor. They stated it be a two-day job 4 Weeks later the job is not even half done they said they do not have the time. As part of the contract, we paid for the toilet the tile the sink the vanity the mirror, and the bathroom door when they left they took all that material but the toilet with them and said if we want it back we have to pay more money to get stuff we already paid. These are three brothers one younger brother and two are twins they also destroyed the hardwood floor outside the bathroom by getting mortar on it and cement and white paint that we cannot get up off the floor these guys are horrible do not hire absolutely a group of disgusting people or that rip people off do not hire you will not be satisfied with their work horrible horrible people also refused to even refund one bit of money and when we asked about getting money back that is when they took all the material that we paid for we have to resort to going to court and suing them to try to get anything back do not deal with

We paid a lot of money for work that was not done. Some of the work was done improperly, it needs to be redone.

i hired him to scrape and paint my garage. he said it could be done by a certain date .he came with a contract that we both signed, it had a good price and a 10yr guarantee on paint job. the job was not done on time and paint is peeling, he came to get monthly payment seen the problems and said he would be back to take care of problem, have not seen him since, tried to call him phone number has been changed, went to his house left message for him he called said he would be back to take care of finishing the job and fixing problems, have not heard from him since now has been 2 months. getting lawyer now and trying to get money back. DO NOT HIRE HIM

CCM stripped paint and never repainted. Replaced rotten siding and never painted new material. Replaced rotten windowsills, but never painted them, and installed them crooked or so they fell out within a few months. Claimed work would be finished when I got home, took and cashed final check, then basically disappeared. Casey misjudged the problems with my exterior, misrepresented himself as having more expertise than he did, performed work of negative value, then took my money and ran rather than being a professional, apologizing, and giving me a reasonable refund when he realized he and his crew did not have the skills necessary to complete the job. Awful experience. Will have to fight to get my money back now. Do not hire this guy for anything more complicated than whitewashing a fence!
