It was my first kitchen remodeling project, so I had no idea what to expect. I had no idea that many companies would turn down my project because my budget was too low or they had a long wait list. It was extremely disappointing. But eventually, I was able to find a few companies that accepted my budget, and Corey was the only one who arrived on time and gave me the most affordable estimate. He accommodated my hectic schedule by scheduling his crew to work on my project. He heard my complaint, promised to fix it, and followed through. He also fixed my coach light at no additional cost. I adore my new kitchen, and I recommend him because of his honest work ethic.

This group was so great !!!! He listened to what I was wanting, and went out of his way to make sure that I got what I was wanting, which was to have a Gas Line Install installed and a heater for my pool. I gave him my timeframe and he went above and beyond to make sure it was Met they were clean and accommodating. !!!! definitely a good company to work with

Electrical: Hung dining room chandelier in long chain. Wired 3 bathrooms forms LED vanity mirrors. Replaced bathroom lighting fixtures in 3 bathrooms. Repaired walls afterwards. Plumbing: Installed whole house water softener consisting of plumbing pipes and electrical equipment All the work was performed quickly and efficiently with the highest level of professionalism ans quality

Great experience! Corey came out and gave a fair estimate. He communicated clearly when to expect the work to be done. He then returned in a timely manner and did a great job. I will definitely use him again for any electrical needs.

He completed the installation of my leaky shower panel. The work was done with ease, expertise, and professionalism. I was very satisfied with his performance. Prior to doing the work, he stayed in contact and offered advice on finding the replacement part for my purchase. His completed the installation as promised for the price agreed upon. I found him very approachable, a good listener, and “ready to help” attitude. I highly recommend him will contact him again in the future when I need his service.

I hired CM Franco for my master bathroom remodel. Corey is a licensed contractor as well as a licensed plumber and electrician and he does not disappoint. He has an entire team of guys who are skilled and meticulous in their installation. They were dependable and always considerate in making sure to keep the work space clean. I have done many renovations and have struggled with contractors who were not reliable or qualified. This renovation was very different. I would choose Corey again and again! (And such a GREAT guy!!)

We needed to remove a tub and tub surround (tile) in our master bathroom and then tile the floor and repair and paint the wall. We replaced our water heater to a more efficient model. Corey and his team were skilled, conscientious, efficient, tidy, on time, reliable, friendly and focused. The job was done in record time and RIGHT with absolutely no complaints! We highly recommend CM Franco, the craftsmanship and communication were top quality. We needed an exterior gas pipe installed to accommodate a new pool heater. Other companies gave us bids before even visiting the site. CM Franco was prompt in replying to our request, provided a fair bid and completed the work, making sure we were satisfied all along the way. 2 contractors (doing other work), have asked for their contact info as they found the work exceptional).
