Colorado Professional Contractors, LLC

I do not want this contractor on my proprety again: The job was to replace cement steps and install a concrete walkway. They had little or no regard for the surrounding landscape and completely destroyed a garden. Cleanup took two days on their part and one day on our part. The finished steps are unevenly slanted, giving a warped appearance. The walkway had a piece of rebar sticking straight up out of it. While they sawed it off, it never should have happened in the first place. After guaranteeing our satisfaction, the contractor did not answer our final requests for problem resolution.

It took them alot longer then they said it would but did not charge more stayed within qoute. But estimated materials by 1/2 of what was realy needed. With all that said, very nice people to work with and the wall came out realy nice.

We were very happy with the workmanship of our finished product. We also appreciated how they measured for grading of the patio for water, and wanted to always make sure that safety was included in their plans. The only downside was that the project took a little longer than expected. We, however, did refer them to some neighbors and friends, and they are currently working on the neighbors needs. They were great to work with, the whole family worked hard and were very nice and professional. Thank you Sal and Mario.

They were very friendly. They were very interested in obtaining my business. They were on time, they followed up after the job was complete. I would completely recommend them again. Matter of fact we are using them on another job. They go the extra mile and provided great customer service. Thank you CPC -the Yarish's

CPC came to the table with great design ideas and a reasonable price. Excellent work ethic and reliability. The one thing I was not impressed with was threshold work and transitions, which I would recommend getting spelled out in the contract.

Did a good job, very quick with three small projects. One project, tile cracked in less than a week. They did fix it promptly.

flagstone patio turned out great!!!

CPC did a great job with my tile job. Quoted 4 days for the job, done in 4. Looks wonderful, what a difference. Will use them again in the future.

Excellent work. I was very happy with the work. I came out very well with the work they did for me.
