David is a delight to work with. He is professional and takes real pride in his work. He took down the old stucco on my fixer-upper and installed beautiful stucco around and between the timbers of my Tudor home.

I found to my dismay that I had a serious stucco problem with my house that had to be remediated before I could consider selling. I obtained quotes from several contractors and selected C&C Plastering for the job based on personal and email discussions and the fact that C&C was the lowest bidder. C&C Plastering is owned by David Condon. The company is of respectable size and is growing. They have several project teams and a growing fleet of support vehicles. I was somewhat concerned with selecting the low bid but I figured the low bid gave me a significant cushion to deal with the inevitable surprises that occur as stucco is removed. I was pleasantly surprised that there was only a small amount of extra cost for wood and carpentry. Basically, he kept to his bid. There was no up-sell and only minor additional costs for dealing with the under-stucco wood problems. And there were a lot of under-stucco issues, but David and his team dealt with them quickly and competently. The job was finished in a reasonable time given February weather and I was very satisfied with the quality and appearance of the results. I want to mention two other things that impressed me very positively about David Condon and C&C Plastering. First, David was extremely visible and accessible during the entire job. David was present and actively supervising the project team on almost all days that work was being done. And I donâ t mean a quick daily visit - I mean spending hours at the site. He would carry supplies, climb the scaffolding, take pictures, and discuss job progress and options with me. And, also to his credit, he maintained this presence even while there were serious and compelling pressures competing for his time. Secondly, David Condon uses permanent dedicated personnel for his project teams. He wasnâ t trolling for temporary workers from in front of the local home improvement stores. The dedicated team approach showed in the accurate communication with the team members and the quality of work performed by the team. In general, his approach was to bring in large teams in order to accomplish tasks quickly. In summary for David Condon and C&C Plastering: Very competitive pricing with no up-sell and no contingency pricing surprises; competent, dedicated project teams with excellent on-site supervision; high-quality work and very satisfied customer.

David and his team were very professional. David came out and gave us an estimate that was easy to understand and he took us through the process so that we knew what we were undertaking. They started the work when they said they would and finished on time and on budget. I thought they treated our property carefully throughout the process. I found David very responsive to questions and requests and I would work with him again. He has done a lot of work in our neighborhood and everyone in the area seems pleased.

We had several plastering/siding companies and contractors estimated the project to replace builder defective stucco with vinyl siding, but got frustrated by either price or long lead time or uncertainty, till we met David, C&C plastering. He is extremely responsive, direct, candid about the project. The price was also unbeatable. The project was completed in a highly timely manner. Most importantly, the project was completed with impressive quality!

For most of us, our homes are our most valuable asset. We take pride in them and maintain them to the best of our abilities. We constantly try to improve them. But for many of us in the Delaware Valley who bought a stucco sided house built in the last twenty or so years an unexpected trauma occurred. Stucco was improperly applied, improperly sealed, flashing was missing, sheathing and substrate was rotten and threatening the structural foundation of our homes. My wife and I were unlucky enough to own such a home. We were however lucky enough to find and contract with C & C Plastering to make the required repairs. The owner David Condon replied promptly to my initial inquiry and analyzed the deficiencies presented in the professional inspection we had done. He presented a comprehensive plan of action and answered all of my questions. He provided references upon request who spoke highly of his company. After interviewing several companies I chose C & C. I am glad I did. The work was performed methodically. Every workman knew his job and performed it. There was no downtime on the job. Mr. Condon was on site every day. He kept me informed every step of the way and showed me the damage hidden under the stucco and how he was replacing what needed to be. They actually did more than they contracted to and left me with a nicely finished job. Others in my neighborhood needed stucco work and I was the first to go with C & C. C & C left the site cleaner than others and did the work quicker. The finished product looks better than my neighbors. No one wants to have to make these repairs but if you do you should seriously consider C & C. Marty Rosenblatt East Norriton PA.

We hired C and C Plastering to remove and replace our stucco. David's estimate was $20,000 less than the next closest one. His crew was hard-working and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Dave was thorough and constantly around, making sure that everything was to our satisfaction. He is so friendly and pleasant to deal with. I was afraid that the siding would look cheap but he found a beaded siding that is magnificent! We are so happy with our "new" house!! David repaired a retaining wall at the side of my porch also a wall at the rear of my property and just recently repaired stucco on the 2nd fl rear of my house. I've found his estimates to be fair and reasonable and he has always been on time. Very friendly and considerate (explains job thoroughly ) Would not hesitate to recommend his work.

C& C Plastering did an an outstanding job and beautiful work. David Condon, the owner responded quickly to both my request for an estimate and scheduling of the job. David thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired, why and how that would be best accomplished. He was not only a masonary expert but a man of his word....as promised!!! Wow, what a pleasent experience this was. I very highly recommend using David and his team for you masonary projects.

We renovated our three story rowhome and tasked C&C with the difficult stucco job. Not only are we thrilled with the excellent work they did, but they made the entire process as painless as possible. Dave and his crew were great to work with and went above and beyond in almost every way. They tackled the big job of working around the city limitations to do what was needed, but they also never missed a detail no matter how small. If something was wrong, they'd fix it, even when it wasn't within their scope. And they always made themselves available to address any concerns or answer any questions. They even did what they could to keep the neighbors happy throughout the entire process. They have an extremely strong work ethic and are very reasonably priced. And again, we absolutely love the end result. We'd highly recommend C&C to anyone in need of stucco work.

The stucco on our home had several cracks and was in need of repair. After calling numerous contractors and getting sky high quotes we were lucky enough to find David with C&C Plastering. He is a great guy, who generally cares about his customers as well as his work. On the first day he was coming to our house, he sent a text letting me know he was running into traffic and would be about 30 minutes late. I didn't think anyone actually cared that much anymore to show that consideration. Dave and the guys he employs are great! They are friendly, considerate, do excellent work. They also kept us informed every day as to how things were looking and what they completed and still needed to do. When they were done, there was barely a sign that they were even there. They cleaned up everything and even pressure washed the surrounding areas (sidewalk, steps, and street) to ensure there was no mess left behind. Numerous neighbors have complimented the way the house looks since having the work done by C&C. We could not be happier with C&C's work and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. You will not find a better guy, who employees the highest quality of employees.
