My 16 year old Jacksonville, NC home was in dire need of a roof replacement. I knew this was going to be an expensive investment and making sure the work was done correctly at a reasonable cost was very important to me. Another stressor is that I live in California and I had to choose a roofing company long distance. The first company I called provided me a detailed written estimate which they based off an on-line aerial image of my home. They never sent anyone out to my home to actually look at my roof, and the cost to replace the roof was shockingly high. The next roofing company I contacted was C&C Roofing and Restoration. I was quickly contacted by Moritz who was fantastic. He had an estimate team at my house the next day. He thoroughly answered the bajillion questions I had about the services, process and deliverables. The written contract clearly described all deliverables, no hidden costs and there was no attempts to upsell me things I didn't need. The price was a pleasant surprise as C&C Roofing and Restoration came in 4K under what the other company quoted me! And that included the addition of a ridge vent, which was not included in the quote from the first company. And I'm not talking about three tab contractor shingles; these were GAF Timberline HDZ shingles. I drove to NC to be present for the work. The C&C Roofing and Restoration Team was amazing. They worked quickly, efficiently and they finished the entire project in two days. Moritz was on site frequently to check on the work and see if I had any concerns. All debris was removed from my home and their attention to detail on cleaning up my yard was impressive. My roof looks amazing and no leaks or issues. I could not be happier with the customer experience and expertise of service provided. C&C Roofing and Restoration are top notch professionals and Mortiz sets the bar for what excellent customer service experience should be. If I had to do this again, C &C Roofing and Restoration would be my immediate choice of hire.

Contacted them to repair my roof after a lightning strike. Paid them for the work to be completed. Job got done and everything looked nice however they did not replace all the shingles they were supposed to and they needed to redo the ridge cap... it has been excuse after excuse now. Hopefully, this review will motivate them to correct the issues on my roof they were paid to complete. If they do, I will update my review.

I loved their responsiveness and professionalism. They were the first company to respond with my request for a quote. They provided the most professional quote of all 5 companies. Their price was the best. And their followup was exceptional. Not everything went perfectly. Several window screens were damaged during the roof replacement. But they followed up the next week with a complete replacement of all damaged screens. That is the true sign of a professional. When a problem occurs, they own it and fix it. I loved these guys.

I was extremely pleased with C&C. The office manager Cecilia was extremely helpful! If I had a request she was on top of it and got me the information that I needed. Initial correspondence included not only references but warranty information. In addition she forwarded the brochures of the two shingles we were interested in so that we could compare. I know I was probably a bit overwhelming but all of my requests were attended to and all of my questions were answered. The job foreman was on the roof during installation guaranteeing superb workmanship!

After finding a piece of roof shingle next to my house, Cesar Castillo responded to my request to check my roof for damage and any needed repair. Cesar examined my two story roof and took pictures that revealed that my roof was intact with no damage anywhere. The piece of shingle was probably a piece that was left behind by the builder, but was never attached. I offered to pay Cesar for his time and the inspect and he said there was no charge. I saved his contact information and will definitely use C & C Roofing for any future roofing needs. Customer Service at it’s best. I highly recommend C & C Roofing for anyone looking for quality services from a company that hires the best!!!

C&C was wonderful to work with. Cesar was professional, courteous amd extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the process, insurance matters, and he went over the estimate in detail with special attention to our susceptibility to hurricane damage as we are near the water and had some in the past. Also, we were provided with on-site photos as they progressed with the work which was extremely helpful for identifying leaking that couldn't be seen prior to roof removal. The estimate was spot on, they worked quickly and clean up was flawless. Highly recommend these guys and many thanks to C&C !!!
