We did an out of state move with CCS, and they by far had the best/lowest rate. And we were pleased with the team. They arrived on time and were efficient packing up our stuff. The only downside was that for long-distance moves they hand off the stuff to another company so we had to wait at least a week for that company to deliver our furniture.

The movers were on time and very professional. It took them 1-1/2 hours to doing everything, including wrapping all my items, loading the truck, going to my apartment, unloading the truck and unwrapping my items. Job well done!!!

CCA are the best moving company I have ever used. Mirka and Ibra in the office were a pleasure to deal with ahead of the move. On the moving day they sent an amazing team of 4 guysCC, Marcus, Juan, Mailk & Ronald. i WANT TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU AGAIN TO YOU ALL. They were super polite and unfazed when they realized there were more boxes than I originally thought. Boy, these guys work! I was running to a deadline in my new building and the never stopped from the moment they walked in, including the tricky dissembling & reassembling of bunk beds. They were super professional and took great care to be Covid safe. Even at the end of the shift they were meticulous about putting everything back together and placing my stuff in the right place. They made the stress of moving so much easier, I cannot recommend them enough, thanks guys

They came through for us when my daughter was forced to move out of her dorm with 2 day notice. Most NY companies charge an automatic 3 hour rate, but they only charged me a 2 hour rate and they were done in less than 2 hours. On time, friendly and helpful. Will use again

When the movers picked up my goods, I was bullied into a much larger tip than I was comfortable with -- one even said a certain tip amount was *required* (and what was I going to do? "Undertip" the guys who were shuttling everything I owned into another truck before a long haul and hope they don't break anything?). They knew where I was moving and somehow never checked to see that 75 double length tractor trailer truck wouldn't fit on my residential street. Then after another day delay, I was forced to pay another $300 shuttle fee or they threatened to put my stuff in storage and hold my belongings hostage. When I contacted my rep at the main office he sounded "shocked" and was "checking with management" and I never got a call back -- shocker. I ended up paying over double what I was quoted and felt taken advantage of and cheated.

"Dear Ashley, We would like to address your review and the concerns you brought up regarding your long-distance move: 1) We apologize for any misconduct or requests for additional gratuities. We are currently investigating the situation. We do not condone this type of behavior and will take the steps necessary to address the issue accordingly. 2) In response to the shuttle cost for your move. Depending on city and state laws and regulations it is not always known if we are allowed to park an 18 wheel tractor trailer on a residential street. It is notated on the quote in our terms and conditions which in this case required us to move the items to a smaller truck so that we can make the delivery hence the additional charge for the shuttle. We apologize for any misunderstanding and if you need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us Thank you, CCS Moving"
