Mold & Toxic Material Test
Wanted to have grandpa’s house checked for mold before buying the house. CCS came right away and was honest that there was no harmless mold and how to properly clean the space. It’s nice to know that there are companies that don’t take advantage of you. The man that called and came was very friendly too! Would recommend him!

Water Removal Recovery Service
I discovered my unoccupied office building had a pipe leaking water at 10 pm in the evening. I called ccs for help. They were in the building an hour later to extract water and apply several dehumidifiers to dry up before mold developed. This literally save my building. Thank you for your prompt professional service .

They were very quick at getting to our home to check what needed to get done, and even though our tenants were horrible and didn't let them in the first time, (even knowing they would be there) they came back a second time and was able to do their work. We really appreciated the fact that they were still willing to come back!

Jamie provided a bid promptly. He looked at the entire picture and provided information not only on rremediation , but also how to address the root cause. I did not supervise the work, but did note that it was done quickly and to the evident satisfaction of the homeowner.
