I feel as a senior I was taken advantage of. Who takes 8 days to paint an average bathroom. Yes there was some sanding but 8 days, really! It might have been worth it if it was quality work, it was not. I had to repaint one wall. At the same time we were having a shed insulated, drywall and shelves. The shed was insulated and drywalled fine. But the shelves ended up being one shelf held by bracket. While Kelly and her contractor was here they pointed out a problem with the roof. So we did hire Kellys company to do that repaired. Lasted one week. 3 months later we had to have an other company to replace the repairs Kellyâ s company did. Excuses and lies is all we got. While she was her she also tried to tell us our tin roof was in need of replacing. Itâ s a tin roof they are lifetime roofs, ours is only 10 years old. Kelly does not stand behind her work or contractors. She told me I had to go after the person she hired. She hid behind a contractor clause. May I add she sent it very quickly. We are older and my husband has dementia and I feel so sad that someone can take advantage of us. Refused to stand by her companies work, lied about not being able to get the material from the company but I called and they had a 3 day turnout on material. she says she is a painter but she has no training and does not know how to paint. So unfortunately do to my husbands health I canâ t file a small claims, I have enough on my plate. So I had someone else come do the repairs. I feel totally taken advantage of and sad that someone could do this to us. I guess I will not be able to trust contractors anymore. That is so sad but what is even sadder is Kelly doesnâ t care.

This is a company that I will not recommend to any Home Owner.

Kelly did a great job refinishing a staircase in our home.

They installed vinyl flooring. First, there was a whole put in the middle of the floor when they moved appliances back. They did return to repair the patch, but it still stands out. It was to bump up to the dining room flooring, yet there is a 1/4 inch crack where it did not line up. This leaves the old flooring still exposed which is horrible! That was the purpose for replacing it. They did not even offer to put down a strip to cover the exposure. There is no chauld around the flooring which will allow it to rise from moisture getting in. Nor did they offer any type of discount whatsoever to the fact that my brand new flooring was damaged. I am soo disappointed,

Kelly and her team were awesome!! I had a really bad experience with another handyman who left the job incomplete. Kelly and her team were at my house the next day and fixed each issue left by the other guy. I cannot speak highly enough of not only the work performed but the customer service, their friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. I would highly recommend and hire them again. As a matter of fact, I'm already on the calendar for the upcoming week for another project. Thank you all again!!!
