Chad was able to help us out quickly and did a good job. However, as a RE Company we need reports to respond to Inspections and I had to call, text, and email several times asking for an Inspection Report. Unfortunately, I got 2 completely different text messages and never received an official report. I would definitely recommend this company but maybe not for a Real Estate transaction.
