Excellent work!!! We met with Darnell on Tuesday, he bought samples to our home, measured and within an hour sent us a quote. Work was started the next day and approximately 450 Sq Ft of hardwood flooring and over 1000 Sq Ft of carpet was completed in one day. The workmen were professional, the work was exquisite and Darnell is fabulous. I highly recommend this company to anyone searching for great quality, effiient service and an affordable price.

Excellent technician/or installer. Ordered flooring from a national chain store (HD), and the measurements were missing various connections for steps and carpet interfaces . The C & D installer, provided an explanation missing parts, and was able to work out the details to complete the project in a days work.

C&D Carpet Service provided excellent workmanship. The job took 3 days and the employees were very efficient. The cutting of the flooring for the arch landing was perfect. The patience and pride in the work shown by the employees is to be commended.

The contractors did an fabulous job, my new floor is adsolutley gorgeous. Darnell was professional from the beginning to the end. The entire transaction from signing the contract, to delivery, to actual installation was completed within a week. I was so impressed with the work, I have asked C&D to do the three-level staircase.

Mr. Dinkins was wonderful to work with; professional, patient, and responsive. The cost of the work was very competitive. In fact, his estimate was almost half what the competition was asking. The installers worked diligently and thoroughly. I'm VERY happy with my new floors!

I am very pleased with the outcome. The workers were very courteous, neat and professional. They did a superb job. The floors and the stairs are absolutely beautiful. Everything was delivered as promised in the contract. The start date was 11/7 and the completion was on 11/8/07. I would certainly hire them for any future projects.

Darnell missed the first appointment that was scheduled but was very apologetic. When he did come for the estimate, he explained exactly what was going to happen on the install date. He got a written estimate to me the next day. The work was scheduled to take two days, but due to some damaged wood they had to come out on the third day. Despite the delays, my floor looks magnificent. The price was great as well (his price was almost a third less than another quote I had received)! I will be using Darnell in the future and would recommend him to others!! I called Darnell back for my bathroom install and will continue to use him!

More than what I expected

C & D provided service to me back in 2006. I am very pleased with my flooring. I had hardwood steps and hallway done. They are very reasonable.

I haven't hired him yet, but I intend to. My project has fallen behind somewhat, and I am not ready for flooring. However, my initial experience with Mr Dinkins is very favorable. He was not only on time for our first appointment, but very organized and helpful in my decision of products.

I was very impressed with C&D Carpet Service and would use them again. I found the team members to be responsive and very professional. The only item for improvement was the few scuff marks they left on a few of the walls and doors which I was able to clean off. I'm sure if I would have brought this matter to their attention they would have cleaned them.
