CDC Pools, Inc.

they were responsive

We received good information and options for the free estimate. We were called before various steps of the process to let us know when they would be out for drain, chip-out, resurfacing, and start-up. The crew cleaned up any debris and left the area neat and clean after working. Minimal disruption to us. Pool looks very nice already - we can't wait to get in it.

From the sales person to the supervisor to the workers on my pool, they were professional, helpful and very knowledgable. Everything was up front and each job was checked as it was completed. I was extremely happy with the pool, it looks beautiful! Thank you CDC Pools!

SALESMAN SEEM TO GET IT AND PROMISED EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED DONE BUT CREW DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND WERE NOT CLOSELY SUPERVISED. SOME THINGS WERE DONE NOT TO OUR ORIGINAL REQUESTS. THAT BEING SAID THEY WERE ON TIME AND SEEMED TO DO QUALITY WORK, EXCEPTING THE MISCOMMUNICATIONS.

The work was done on time and I was well informed.Neighbors liked the look and wanted to stay and talk about it. However, after the work was done I had a serious question about the surface. Two people were sent within a couple of days. We agreed to wait thru the summer to see if the problem went away over time. I'm about to call for a recheck.

I had contacted CDC before I learned of ServiceMagic, but finalized on CDC after ServiceMagic's reference. In discussions with 3 contractors for my project, i found that one needs to investigate various options independently; the contractors are not too helpful in providing the "right" choices. Since I learned of ServiceMagic late, I lost interest to engage the other 2 contractors referred by the service. It would be helpful if I learned of ServiceMagic early.

Craftmanship of work done on the pool was excellent. However the project superintendent was noncommunicative, leaving us notes only with no attempts to speak with us directly. We found notes tacked on the garage door, patio table and front door when we were home. The day the pool repair was complete I called the office and left a message regarding a concern with our equipment and that call was never returned We give an .A+ on Cratmanship D- on customer service ( the start up crew was professional)

Work was done on schedule and site was always clean on departure.Forman listened to my concerns and quickly addressed them.

Customer service was excellent. CDC kept us up to date with all the steps and dates for the project. The pool looked exactly the way we expected.

great job in a good timeframe... had to push a little and i didn't like payment required before starting the job sections. project manager frequent communications and followed up during and after each step.

100% great group of people! They're all HONEST,hard working people. We love our new back yard now. I can not praise the company & their workers enough. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG USING CDC POOLS INC.!!!!!!!!! They where not only HONEST,but friendly & caring as well. GREAT WORK!!!!! THANKS CDC POOLS INC.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some coordination and communication issues. Job is done and looks great!

They were thorough in their quotes and reliable and courteous in taking calls.

Top notch service. The estimator came out when he said that he would be there. His proposal was detailed and complete, outlining all optional services and their incremental costs. The office and the job superintendent called a day prior to when the crew would go out to the site. The crew appeared when they said that they would. Work was completed on time and exactly as proposed. I couldn't be happier.

Replaced pool skimmer.

They completed the project in the time frame they gave with no problems or added costs.

Professional, priced right, friendly, courteous, on time and scheduled. Pool and spa look great - although they could have a better job of cleaning up the little pieces plaster around the pool when the job was finished. Overall, highly recommended!

A very professional company from start to finish. We would recommend them to everyone for pool remodel.

My new pool looks amazing! Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use CDC pools again.

The replaced our water pump and did a great job. Friendly sales rep. Only thing I would have liked is if they removed the old pump from our backyard. Other than that..the service, installers did a great job. Highly recommeneded

Done as promised and on time.

Straightforward and helpfull-excellant work-very satifactory experiance

They did an excellent job. Very professional, stayed in contact with us. It was done very quickly. Though clean up should have been better after the pool tile installed. A board with nails was left in the yard. Sure glad I found it before the Grandkids came.

Satisfied, Management of the project could be better by them letting us know when they are coming for work. Fixes after completion was a little harder. Overall, Ok. Didn't like the pool startup sub-contractor.
