I have used this company for the last few years to do work on all of the properties I manage, residential and commercial. They provide repair suggestions for short and long term repair and maintenance projects or budgeting purposes. They will make city violation repairs, rebuild chimneys or just replace broken or missing bricks where needed. They also recently replaced damaged deck wood on some of the rental houses and rebuilt front house steps. Work is always completed in a timely manner or in a pinch when needed.
