They were hired to deep clean a house to prep it for painting. The house had been neglected for several years and was really dirty. They were asked to clean walls, trim and moulding of years of accumulated dust and pet hair, clean the tile floors in bathrooms, and wood floors. This was a big job. They hired a sub contractor to do the work. I live out of state, and when I returned, expecting the house to be ready to paint, I saw that nothing had been done. It was in no way ready to be painted.I contacted C&D, sent him pictures and waited a full day to find out what he planned to do to rectify the situation. He admitted the work was unacceptable, told me he fired the sub contractor and then informed me most of his business was power washing. He offered to come and power wash the exterior of the house, (excluding the wrap around porch/ deck )and and garage. He did an ok job on the house and only cleaned the doors on the garage.

Washed windows were streaky, and tough stains were not scrubbed. Climbed on the roof of a shed without permission. Could have damaged it. Did not clean sills. Increased price when arrived. Would not have him again.

Needed a last minute cleaning. He came through and got the job done very quickly and efficiently would definitely recommend.

Very good job, my home was left clean price was very reasonable the gentleman was easy to work with. I will be using them again . I highly recommend .
