Mark went above and beyond for me and my family. Heâ s a man of integrity and respect, and because of how he helped us, Iâ ll always be sure to use CDM for any maintenance in the future.

Mark was fast and efficient with finding the problem and resolving my issue. So glad he even came a few days earlier than originally scheduled. I was very pleased with the service.

He made contact with me within an hour of listing the job, and came out within 3 hours, after another job that he was on. Very knowledgeable and informative.

He came out within a couple of hours of my initial call. He not only helped me with my original problem, which was with my dryer, he also helped with my fridge when I casually mentioned my icemaker wasn't working properly and didn't charge me for cleaning the coils. Highly recommend this family business.

This gentleman came to fix a fridge. Did not look like he knew what he was doing... gave a quote, and I said ok repair it. Then, he said no it is something else and doubled his quote. I was frustrated but said ok please fix it. He said he will have the part next day, and he will come back. Fast-forward 4 days and chasing him the whole time, finally he had the part. Came back to fix it. I was not at the home as this is a rental property. He called for a payment for the remaining $115. I said *ok no problem let me check with the tenants that it is all working since I am not there and get back with you*. He flipped out, said do not pay me. I do not need this extra money and sent me an email invoice and clearly stated on the invoice *no warranty since no payment was made*. I never asked not to pay nor gave him any trouble over it. I texted him and said what is going on man relax I just need to verify with the renter that it is working. He was not having it. I will dispute the charge as this was not done properly and I hired another technician to come and fix the ACTUAL problem that required no parts and took 15 min and $60. Ridiculous!

I received a call from the company 5 mins after I posted the request. Mark called & set up the time to come that afternoon. He gave me the quote for the total cost of labor & part and explained everything. I agreed and he was able to fix my problem. Great customer service. Mark was very professional. Came out same day ge called me. Was honest and informed me what wrong with washing machine. Unfortunately to much wrong to repair. Will have to buy new washing machine.
